Do I have to commit to a long contract?
No. Project work is quoted up front, and ongoing hosting and care is a simple rolling arrangement you can leave with 30 days’ notice. We would rather earn the next month than lock you in.
We already have a website — can you just improve it?
Often, yes. We will review what you have and tell you honestly whether it is worth building on or starting fresh. Either way you get a clear recommendation and a price before any work begins.
Is the AI stuff actually useful, or is it hype?
Both exist. We only suggest AI where it removes real, measurable work — drafting, sorting, answering common questions, handling documents. If a simpler automation does the job, we will say so.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, but we are transparent about it. Most engagements start with a short paid discovery so we can quote the real work accurately, rather than guessing. No surprise invoices.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes — we build on a simple content system so you can edit text, add pages and publish posts without touching code. We are still here when you would rather we did it.
